Everyone can deceived stress when they have many problem in their life. Usually, I deceived stress because of pressurized by university’s duties. I really feel tired and sad. I confused how to do all of the duties on time.
Sometimes, I cried. I do that in order to lose the stress. Except that, I shared about my problem with my parent. They usually gave me some advices and it’s make me more relax than before.
I also relieve stress with listening some songs that I like or spent time with my friends. We usually went to karaoke. I choose some beat songs and began to sing it loudly. After that, me and my friends went to a restaurant. We ordered the food with a large portion. I really feel better after eat. Although, the problem hasn’t finished, at last, I can finished it with a “cool head”.
